Suicide prevention

Things can happen in your life that make you feel hopeless or that you lack meaning.
You may wonder what the point of your existence is, find life unbearable, and even contemplate suicide.
Depression, suicidal thoughts, and suicidal behaviorare still too often considered taboo, often out of fear and discomfort. Many people find it difficult to talk about death, experience emotions themselves, or clam up. Or they find it difficult to empathize with others and imagine that someone is thinking about ending their life. They don’t dare to ask about it or probe further. Or they try to offer help without being asked and don’t really know what to do or what the other person really needs.
Yet this is so essential in suicide prevention.

I have seen suicidal tendencies up close and various situations in which suicidal thoughts can arise.
Where many people move away when things get complicated, I stand strong as your coach or therapist.
I have personal experience with loved ones who have been suicidal and have guided people in this area,
both in the form of prevention and guidance for loved ones.

I am here for you, and you are welcome to be here with me

My approach is loving and non-judgmental; with me, everything is allowed.
During our coaching or therapy sessions, we connect heart to heart, and I invite you to express your deepest feelings.
That alone is incredibly liberating. I work with various healing and relaxation techniques, which I use intuitively.

How can we move from “having to survive” to “wanting to live”?

My intention in suicide prevention is not necessarily to prevent death or change your desire to die; death is part of life. Rather, it is to help you feel that life is a wonderful gift. A gift that is also meant for you.
You are worthy of living life to the fullest—instead of just surviving—and enjoying it.
You have a unique place on this planet and you are perfect just as you are. Together, we will search for the good things in life that give you pleasure and make your life meaningful and significant again.

I am also there for you if you reach a point where you really no longer want to or can live. Together with your loved ones, we will then move towards acceptance of your desire to die and a dignified way of dying.

Free, no-obligation introductory meeting

Seeking help in this situation can be difficult and stressful. I offer you the opportunity to get to know me at your leisure. This can be done during a free, no-obligation half-hour meeting. During this meeting, you can get a feel for my energy, and we can discuss your needs and how I work. We will agree on the frequency of appointments in mutual consultation.
