Reincarnation therapy (regression therapy)

During reincarnation therapy (regression therapy), you go back to an unresolved experience from a ‘previous life’ that is causing problems in the present. The term ‘previous life’ is not entirely accurate. Time is an illusion and does not exist.
Previous lives are actually ‘parallel lives’ that take place simultaneously with your current earthly life, but in a different layer or sphere. Sometimes there may be unresolved issues in those other layers that you cannot access yourself.
That is why I use hypnotherapy during a reincarnation session. I guide you into a light trance state so that you can better connect with your subconscious. It has all the answers.

Purpose of reincarnation therapy

Unresolved issues from a previous/parallel life still need to be completed.
By reliving these experiences, you can complete, process, and heal them emotionally, mentally, and physically.
You will alsogain insights into the trauma and why it ‘happened’ to you.
Only then can you recognize and understand a pattern on a higher level and connect with your soul. It will show you the most effective way to free yourself from the traumatic pattern.

Everything happens in the present

Only in the present can you make choices for your healing. When you visit the past (in this life or in a previous/parallel life), you do so to gain more insight into how blockages and patterns arose. And how you can best free yourself from them. Only when we experience the mental, energetic, emotional, and physical impact and are able to let go will the pattern disappear.

Fears and beliefs that you form during your life, and especially during your dying process, are carried by your soul into the next life. This becomes clear, for example, during a regression to a past life in order to transform limiting beliefs that originated there. It is a healing journey
to a past life, whereby the healing that occurs during this journey continues to have an effect in the present life. – source: thesis research on end-of-life doula by  Ilse Westerhoff
