About my approach
My starting point is that you have the capacity for self-healing and that you already possess all the knowledge you need. You just need to become aware of it. This happens during the coaching sessions and through the use of interventions.
In order to actually achieve your goal, we need to ensure that your entire system is working together, so that your thoughts and feelings are aligned.
As a holistic coach, I combine techniques from NLP, energy work, body-oriented work, CBT, RET, parts work, and hypnotherapy, among others. I help you gain insights about yourself, where you get stuck and why, and what you need to get life flowing again and resolve what is holding you back. You already have everything within you; you just need to access it.
