Would you like to get acquainted first? You can do so during a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory session. During this session, we will discuss your needs and how I work. The frequency of future sessions will be agreed upon mutually.
Reimbursement through your employer or municipality
In certain situations, the costs of coaching or psychosocial support may be (partially) reimbursed. This can be done in several ways:
1. Through your employer
Employers have a vested interest in your well-being and long-term employability. Coaching and psychosocial therapy support recovery, balance, and sustainable employability – often helping to prevent (long-term) absenteeism.
Examples of situations in which employers contribute to the costs:
- Overload due to a complex (marital) divorce
- Emotional overload or caregiving responsibilities
- Trauma or stress while on a waiting list for further support
How it works
- You consult with your supervisor, HR, or company doctor.
- We agree on a program (number of sessions, goals, duration).
- I prepare a quotation for your employer.
- Invoicing is handled directly through your employer.
I am happy to assist you in preparing this proposal.
2. Through a PGB (Personal Budget)
In some municipalities, my guidance can be reimbursed through a PGB under the Social Support Act (Wmo). For example, if you temporarily need extra support due to psychological strain or a difficult family situation.
How it works
- You request support from your municipality (via the Wmo desk).
- You can specify that you want guidance from a particular professional.
- I am happy to assist you in supporting your application and providing the necessary documents/quotation.
